1. What this site is

NexuPets publishes editorial and informational content about pet care and daily life, plus guides for choosing products. It is general information, not personalised advice.

2. We are not a seller

We do not sell products, hold inventory, take payment, ship, or handle warranties or returns. Purchases happen on third-party platforms, between the buyer and the corresponding seller, under that platform’s terms.

3. We do not replace veterinary care

No content on this site constitutes diagnosis, prescription, dosage guidance or treatment. There are no veterinarians on the editorial team.

At any sign of illness, pain, behavioural change or doubt about your pet’s health, consult a veterinarian. In an emergency, go to a veterinary clinic immediately.

4. We do not test the products

Our product content is based on verifiable specifications, public documentation and design criteria, not on our own laboratory, strength or durability trials. Every article states this.

5. Currency of the information

Products, prices, stock and sale conditions change without notice. We publish the last-reviewed date of every article and audit links regularly, but we do not guarantee the information is current at all times. Always check the seller listing before buying.

7. Limitation of liability
